Third Amended Complaint Filed
On June 19, 2024, Our Firm & Stris & Maher, LLP filed a third amended complaint in the matter of Howse, et al. v. Chiquita Canyon Landfill.
This amended complaint added hundreds of new plaintiffs while adding new allegations including about the landfill’s clandestine dumping of leachate into the Santa Clara River under the cover of darkness.
