SETTLEMENT APPROVAL

The Court approved the settlement for 9.5 million dollars on behalf of FLSA Collective members. Please read below to learn more about next steps on the settlement:

The first or second week in July you will receive a notice describing the settlement, including your settlement amount. You do not need to respond or do anything to remain in the settlement and receive your settlement share. There is a 60 day period where people can exclude themselves from the settlement, but we do not recommend that.

If collective members have questions, they should contact us at sf@somlawyers.com or Nichols Kaster, PLLP. If everything proceeds according to schedule, payments should go out by the end of October.
