SECOND LAWSUIT AGAINST AMH RECYCLING FILED

On January 13, 2025, Our firm filed their second lawsuit against AMH recycling on behalf of residents in the Sun Valley Area. The complaint alleges that Trespass, public nuisance, private nuisance, faliure to abate, and negligence.

The case was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court at Stanley Mosk Courthouse. It is entitled Gonzalez et al., v. Penalver, LLC and Pena Grading & Demolition Inc., Case No.: 25STCV00803
