LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST AMH RECYCLING

On October 15, 2024, Our firm filed a lawsuit against AMH recycling on behalf of residents in the Sun Valley Area. The complaint alleges that Trespass, public nuisance, private nuisance, faliure to abate, and negligence.

The case was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court at Stanley Mosk Courthouse. It is entitled Moore et al., v. Penalver, LLC and Pena Grading & Demolition Inc., Case No.: 24STCV26592
